Ring in the New Year

HAPPY JANUARY!

Welcome to the year of the Snake. In the Chinese zodiac the snake is associated with wisdom, intuition, and transformation. Personally, I believe that we all have powerful intuition, we just need to tap into it. How do you practice tapping into your
intuition, your gut, your inner knowing?

As far as transformation, if you are anything like me you start off the year with a lofty set of goals that slowly but surely fade out as the year goes along. This year I am keeping it a bit more simple with a focus on 3 things;

• Mentally: starting each morning by saying something great is going to happen today
• Physically: working on my balance by doing one legged moves on a yoga block
• Health: Being consistent in taking the vitamins that I know that my body is depleted in

I wish for you in 2025 a year filled with goals achieved, dreams turned into action, good health, and plenty of joy, gratitude and of course lots of laughter.
