These glasses are produced entirely in Italy on the island of Murano according to the ancient tradition of glass processing, blown and worked by hand by master glassmakers. Made of crystal glass with colored glass grit and silver leaf. Completely washable in the dishwasher (with a delicate program), color and shine unalterable over time.

Slight differences in size, colors and density of murrine and grit are not to be considered defects but are unique characteristics of a product made by hand by hand by hand.

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

We ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. Orders may arrive in multiple packages.  If you want to double-check your order status, please log into your customer account. 

Holidays may affect standard shipping and handling times.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

International shipping is $45, orders are shipped DHL, and return shipping is not included.  

Please note, duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient 

Shipping costs will not be refunded if an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
