Daily meditation is so important to me. Though not all days are easy. Some days distractions come to mind and that’s ok...without judgment I allow this to be.
For me, the goal is to be mindful of the moment while focusing on the beauty of the breath that connects me to the Source. Some days this means I want to sit in stillness, other times it’s going for a walk in nature and yet others it’s getting on a treadmill doing a jog.
I don’t believe there is any form of meditation that is correct, it’s just what ever allows me to ground down and embrace the moment.
