Have you ever tried to go a day without having a negative thought about yourself, others, or a situation?
For me, it’s been such an interesting observation on how often negative little buggers pop up in my mind. I think of myself as a positive person but, in reality, consistent positivity is definitely something I need and choose to work on. Have any of you tried this?
